WearPact offers free and easy returns and exchanges. If you don't love your Pact clothing, the returns are on them. They accept returns or exchanges that are unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. They offer two easy methods for returns:

1. Drop off at a Happy Return Bar location near you. This is box-free, label-free, hassle-free, and contact-free.
2. Print a label at home, package and drop off with UPS. This method incurs a $3 processing fee.

Please note that clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. Once a return/exchange is approved, there is a 30-day window to mail or drop off any items being returned. After 30 days, the return will be invalid.

Orders from WearPact.com are processed within 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received an email within 48 business hours of making your purchase, you can log in to your PACT account to check the status. Please note that shipping charges and methods will vary based on the shipping country. Due to customs clearance, delivery timing cannot be guaranteed.

At WearPact.com, orders are processed within 2 business days. For Standard Shipping, if the order total is $75+, shipping is FREE. For orders between $0-$74.99, the shipping cost is $5.00. They also offer Expedited Shipping at $3.00 for orders of $75+ and $8.00 for orders between $0-$74.99. Standard shipping for packages to the Continental US are shipped via DHL eCommerce, with final delivery via USPS or via FedEx.
